A long, long time ago anime companies decided to release every movie and Oav they could get their hands on no matter how much they sucked. Landlock was one of them. That catastrophe created the dark age of bit torrent and moe that we now live in. Never forget the pain that Landlock brought us all but please don't watch this movie.

Even though Luda was to inherit the power of the wind master he expected to live out a normal and peaceful life. All that changed the day that forces of Lord Zanark attacked Luda's village and kidnapped his sister. It is said that the power of the wind is a danger to the kingdom of the sky but what does this prophecy mean to Luda?

A good fantasy story is something that combines an inventive new world with engrossing characters to create a tale or in other words something rather unlike Landlock. With a running time of about ninety minutes there should have been enough time to do more than spout jargon at the viewer and at an attempt to give the characters more than wooden personalities although this is not the case. It could have been that the source material was a bit more than could be comfortably made to fit into a movie but that is nothing more than a guess. Either way the movie is lacking a discernable soul. Just give this one a pass.
