Anime Review: Goku Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei
Review Goku Sayonara Zetsubo SenseiWritten by WarpshadowRating very good
Writing a review of an Oav that is pretty much just like the television series it is following has driven me into despair but watching it on the other hand is quite enjoyable.
The lessons of the hakama wearing and always negative teacher Nozomu Itoshiki are not over. There are still more truths of the world that are depressing yet humorous at the same time and he is just the one to tell you about them. There are even more comments from his class of mostly female students who are all broken or messed up in their own individual ways. You will watch, will you?
Goku Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei id is a three episode Oav that continues where the television show left off. This isn’t really saying much as the television show had no real plot to begin with and this Oav just continues with the same vein of humor. For the most part this Oav can be thought of as another three episodes of the television series. The only major deviation is the second episode and that is mostly due to the shift in character design which swiftly disappears by the third episode. Most of the characters don’t really exist except to give out gag lines so it’s not like watching this Oav first will ruin it for you. Like I said before It’s the same dark humor it has always been and you should know if you like it or not by now.
